Join us for a fun day of golf at Five Ponds Golf Course! 

Registration and Payment Details

• Complete your Registration online by Friday, May 15

• Registration Fees (non-refundable): 

  • Individual: $150 

  • Foursome: $550 (must sign up as a foursome)

• Payment accepted online via Venmo

Key Details

• Event will occur rain or shine

• Check-in at 8:30 am

• One mulligan per golfer is available to purchase for $10

• Scramble format

• Shotgun start at 10 am

• Lunch served following outing

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards 

• Additional contests available for a fee

• Raffle and 50/50 tickets for sale
